MachineCat-Toys Unveils Colorful Chibi Abominus Prototype

Third-party manufacturer MachineCat-Toys has revealed the first full-color prototype for its MCT-02 Ferocy B-Robo figure. This collectible features a super deformed, or chibi, design that combines five distinct Terrorcon characters into the classic combiner Abominus. The individual components include Rippersnapper, Sinnertwin, Cutthroat, Blot, and Hun-Gurrr, all rendered in vibrant, neon-like hues that contrast sharply with earlier unpainted development images shared by the company.

The Terrorcons originate from Generation One Transformers lore as animalistic Decepticon rivals to the Technobots. While Cindersaur is sometimes associated with the group, he does not participate in the standard Abominus combination. MachineCat-Toys, previously known as Lasercat, initially showed rough sketches of these figures in late May before presenting this polished, painted version. The release highlights the detailed craftsmanship involved in creating small-scale robotic toys that maintain recognizable character traits despite their stylized proportions.
