Psycho-Sleuth Death Game Visual Novel Released on Steam

PHOSEPO has released Psycho-Sleuth, an adult visual novel available now on Steam. Published by Thermite Games and Smilegate, the title supports English, Japanese, simplified and traditional Chinese, and Korean. The studio is known for prior works including Rail of Mobius and Project:AHNO’s Ark.

Players assume the role of Lyle, a detective trapped in a deadly game alongside thirteen individuals suffering from contagious cognitive disorders. These mental conditions warp reality, distorting crime scenes and logic to hinder investigations. The gameplay involves questioning characters, interacting with altered evidence, and engaging in debate modes that test reasoning against twisted perceptions.

The production features full voice acting and Live2D animated scenes. Each afflicted character possesses unique disorders, such as prosopagnosia or spatial neglect, which reshape murder mysteries. The objective is to restore order by exposing contradictions and identifying the true mastermind within the cult-controlled trial.
