OVA 'Tonari no Saishi' Adaptation of Inue Shinusuke's Story Announced for November 2026

Lune Pictures has announced the anime adaptation of Inue Shinusuke’s work, titled "Tonari no Saishi" (The Neighbor's Sacrifice). The project will be released as two original video animation episodes, designated as "OVA Tonari no Saishi #1" and "OVA Tonari no Saishi #2." Both volumes are scheduled for release on Friday, November 27, 2026.

The story follows Kazu, who reconnects with his childhood friend Shion. Although Kazu is attracted to her renewed beauty, he senses a distance between them as she harbors secrets unknown to him. Meanwhile, Shion holds secret feelings for Kazu, but her father aggressively forces intimate interactions upon her under the guise of closeness.

The release will be distributed under the "Antekinusatsu" label. Pre-orders for the package versions are currently being accepted through ANIPHA. The official product pages for both OVA volumes are available via Lune Pictures.
