The series is described as a chaotic and eccentric romantic comedy centered on a maid robot named Yui and her owner, Takaya Murase. Set in a near future where maid robots are common, the story follows Yui after she is purchased by Murase. While Yui intends to serve him as a proper maid, Murase is revealed to be a collector who enjoys dressing up his purchases. In response, Yui strives to become an excellent maid robot by attempting to train Murase into being a worthy master.
