Kniv Studio has launched a free demo for High Roller Penny, its upcoming pachinko-inspired roguelike available on Windows and macOS via Steam. The title recently surpassed 20,000 wishlists ahead of this release. Players assume the role of a debtor forced into illegal gambling matches by the Yami-Pachi organization. Success requires building high scores on pegboards to survive; failure results in execution. Bunny girls serve as opponents who cheer on the protagonist.

The demo introduces a new pink-haired bunny girl character as an adversary. Gameplay involves placing balls on a board where hits increase the score. Reaching targets before ball depletion advances rounds overseen by unique opponents. Earned tickets allow purchases of special pegs and balls with distinct effects, such as upward launches or duplication. Passive skills synergize with loadouts, while resource management remains critical to avoid early termination.
