Umamusume LA Concerts Face Cancellation as Visas Remain Unapproved
Cygames has confirmed that US entry visas for performers of the Umamusume: Pretty Derby 7th Event concerts in Los Angeles have not yet been approved. The live shows, scheduled for October 22 and 23 at the Peacock Theater, are currently at risk due to these delays. Despite submitting visa applications more than six months ago, the company states that approvals are still pending.
A final decision regarding whether the performances will proceed as planned will be announced at 10pm PT on October 19, 2026. Cygames issued an apology for the situation, noting that substitutes cannot be found since the events feature specific voice actors and singers from the game. This follows similar visa complications affecting other recent gaming concerts.
AniTrendz reported on October 19 that the Umamusume LA concert is uncertain because visas remain unapproved. Anime News Network also reported on October 19 that Uma Musume U.S. concerts face cancellation due to visa delays.
