Cygames to Reimburse Travel Costs for Canceled Umamusume Concert

Cygames has announced it will reimburse travel and lodging expenses for attendees of the canceled Umamusume: Pretty Derby concert in Los Angeles. The company confirmed that refunds are available for both those who had already booked accommodations and those who canceled reservations due to the event's cancellation. Attendees are asked to retain receipts, screenshots, and print-outs for potential submission. This decision follows the cancellation of the 7th Event World Tour: The Stage performance, which was halted because visa approvals for performers were not processed in time despite applications submitted over six months prior.
