Toei Unveils Arainami T081 Mascot for Logo Personification
Toei Animation has officially introduced Arainami T081, an anime-style mascot character designed to personify the studio’s iconic “triangle and waves” movie opening logo. The reveal occurred on October 8, designated as Toei Day because the date’s numbers can be pronounced as “Toei” in Japanese.
The character was illustrated by Ryosuke Takeuchi, known for work on Pokémon and One Piece. Her design integrates the logo’s elements: wave patterns appear in her hair, while triangular motifs are featured in her jewelry and eyes. This marks the first time the branding initiative has launched goods featuring an official anthropomorphized mascot.
