Fantagraphics’ East Asian comics imprint Takumigraphics has unveiled a new preview of Akane Torikai’s Wandering Cat’s Cage manga. The English edition, translated by Jocelyne Allen, is scheduled for release as a 334-page hardcover volume on October 27, 2026. This date marks a delay from the original May 26, 2026 target.

The series was serialized in Kadokawa’s Da Vinci magazine between June 2017 and September 2018, resulting in two tankobon volumes in Japan. The publication represents a collaboration between Fantagraphics and MSX: Mangasplaining Extra, an initiative operated by the Mangasplaining podcast.

Anime UK News reported on October 23 that Takumigraphics released an omnibus of Akane Torikai’s Wandering Cat’s Cage.
