Record of Lodoss War Novel Series Returns with Kakuyomu Release

Kadokawa will resume the Record of Lodoss War: The Crown of the Covenant light novel series by publishing a portion of the manuscript on the Kakuyomu website on October 22. This marks a continuation of the franchise's literary efforts, which began when the first volume was released in Japan in September 2019 with illustrations by Hidari.

The original novel served as the first new entry for the long-running fantasy series in twelve years. It spawned a manga adaptation by Atsushi Suzumi, which Udon Entertainment later distributed in English across three volumes.
