Nintendo has launched a new Vivillon Challenge in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, linked to a Spewpa Mystery Gift distribution. Players can receive the bug-type Pokemon via Link Play until November 18, 2026, without requiring DLC or Nintendo Switch Online access. The gift evolves into one of sixteen patterns at level twelve.

The global challenge requires accumulating 660,000 points from both gifted and wild Spewpas. Once this threshold is reached, all participants will unlock a special Poke Ball Pattern Vivillon. No deadline exists for completing the point total.

Siliconera reported on September 30 that the Switch 2 Edition Bundle launches October 29. On October 13, the outlet announced scale world figures for the title.
