Fairy Princess Minky Momo OVA Delayed Due to Production Issues

The upcoming original video anime adaptation of Fairy Princess Minky Momo has been postponed from its originally scheduled November 13 release date. The production committee cited ongoing production issues as the reason for the delay and issued an apology to fans and staff members involved in the project. A new opening date will be announced on the official website and social media channels once it is finalized.

Advance ticket holders retain their tickets for use after the rescheduled premiere. The story follows twelve-year-old Momo, who awakens magical powers upon receiving a smartphone for her birthday. She travels to the dream land of Diginarsa to help save it from disappearing due to waning human hope. Directed by Ayumu Watanabe at Ashi Production, the series features character designs by Hiroshi Watanabe and Mari Tominaga.
