Yen Press Announces Ten New Licenses at MCM London Comic Con

Yen Press revealed ten new manga, light novel, and audiobook acquisitions during its industry panel at MCM London Comic Con 2026. The publisher confirmed that these titles will be released in English starting in April 2027. Among the newly licensed works is a psychological horror manga featuring survivors of a bus accident who must identify hidden murderers within their group. Another entry follows a protagonist banished to a dungeon who gains a time-reset ability after being accused of a crime he did not commit.

The announcement also included several other genres, such as a found-footage style mystery set in the Kinki region and a romantic comedy involving a magical cat curse between estranged childhood friends. Additionally, Yen Press secured rights for a light novel collection continuing the story of a cross-dressing villainess, alongside a fantasy tale about a wizard revived a century later. Two specific novels, Scarlet and ’Cause I’m Freedom!, will receive audiobook adaptations under the Yen Audio imprint.
