Star Blazers: Rebel 3199 Film Reveals Ending Theme Music Video
Bandai Namco Filmworks announced that singer Junko Yagami will perform the ending theme song "Haruka e, Eien e" for Nijiiro no Rinne, the seventh installment in the Yamato yo Towa ni: Rebel 3199 film series. The studio released a music video for the track on Friday.
The film is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on October 30. This release follows the sixth movie, Aoi Meikyū, which premiered on June 26 and features characters traveling to Tokyo in the year 2026. The overall anime project consists of seven films, with Crunchyroll streaming the series under the title Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 3199.
Yagami previously provided an ending theme for the 1983 Final Yamato film. The latest entry continues the remake series directed by Naomichi Yamato, with character designs by Nobuteru Yūki.
