OceanVeil Streams Magical Girl Raising Project Restart Anime
Streaming service OceanVeil has begun broadcasting the Magical Girl Raising Project restart anime, which debuted on TV Tokyo late Monday night. The series also airs on AT-X and BS Fuji starting Wednesday.
Synergy SP handles animation duties for this new adaptation, replacing Lerche from the previous installment. Director Hiroyuki Hashimoto and scriptwriter Takao Yoshioka return, while character designs are updated by Masako Itou based on Maruino’s original work. Nao Tōyama reprises her role as Snow White, joined by Sayumi Suzushiro and Maria Naganawa.
The story follows a deadly competition among magical girls forced to reduce their numbers. Minori Chihara performs the opening theme "No tears here," with Daisy×Daisy providing the ending song.
