Nana Mizuki Joins Cast of The World's Strongest Witch Anime

The television adaptation of Mochimaru Sakaki’s light novel series has added Nana Mizuki to its voice cast. She will portray Yggdrasil, the spirit of the World Tree, in the premiere episode airing on October 7. This casting announcement was made via the official website earlier this week.

The anime is directed by Jōji Furuta and produced by studios Bridge and Aisle. Shoji Yonemura handles the series composition, while character designs are provided by Yūki Morimoto. The production team also includes music by Arisa Okehazama and Ryoshi Takagi, with sound production managed by Bit Grooove Promotion.

HoneyWorks featuring HaKoniwalily will perform the opening theme, titled "Eikyōryoku∞Idol." The ending song is performed by the group Rokudenashi. Other cast members include Azusa Tachibana as Rona Hermit, Kana Hanazawa as Aries Tear Bluemoon, and Yūto Uemura as Reinhardt Highwind.
