Mad Cave Studios’ Nakama Press imprint has acquired English publishing rights to two manga series, with releases planned for 2027. The first volume of Uoto’s 100 Meters arrives on February 16, followed by a second volume on April 27. Buichi Terasawa’s Goku Midnight Eye debuts in paperback on March 2.

The sprinting drama 100 Meters previously inspired an anime film that premiered in Japan last year and screened at Annecy. Meanwhile, the cyberpunk detective story Goku Midnight Eye was adapted into a two-episode OVA by Madhouse in 1989.

Anime News Network reported on October 22, 2026, that Nakama Press licensed Uoto's 100 Meters manga for a 2027 release.
