The update highlights key gameplay mechanics centered around a hotel setting, including interactive front desk duties and exploration of various locations such as the lobby, restaurant, and pool area.

A significant addition is the character customization system, allowing players to manage wardrobes via an in-game laptop interface. This feature includes purchasing outfits with in-game currency or unlocking them through story progression and achievements.
