Square Enix has announced a hot springs feature for Final Fantasy VII Revelation, offering players unique character interactions and gameplay bonuses. A new video clip showcases Cloud Strife, Barret Wallace, and Red XIII balancing rubber ducks on their heads during the activity. Soaking in these waters permanently increases the party’s maximum HP and unlocks special cutscenes. The announcement also revealed that players can equip specific costumes for characters visiting the hot springs. This addition serves as another example of the content being shared ahead of the game's release.
