Toyotarou Illustrates Obscure Dragon Ball Super Villain Geppuman

Dragon Ball Super artist Toyotarou has released a new illustration of the anime-only character Geppuman as part of his ongoing "Toyotarou Tries to Draw" series. The artwork depicts the villain wielding his signature laser gun, staying faithful to his design from Episode 31.

Geppuman is known as one of the Galactic Patrol's weakest targets, primarily wanted for being a habitual dine-and-dasher rather than for any significant combat prowess. He was easily apprehended by Jaco on Lord Zeno's Planet but remains a memorable figure due to his silly premise and confident demeanor despite his petty criminal history.

This release follows a previous illustration of the Mogina Warrior, another filler character excluded from the manga. With the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: Beerus remake cutting substantial content to accelerate pacing, these obscure anime-only figures risk being omitted entirely from the new adaptation. Toyotarou’s art ensures they remain visible to fans ahead of the October premiere.
