Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 Drops All Episodes Simultaneously on October 20

The upcoming anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 will premiere globally on Netflix on October 20, 2026. The official release schedule confirms that all ten episodes will be available in a single drop rather than following a weekly broadcast format. Streaming begins at 12:00 a.m. PDT in Los Angeles, with simultaneous availability worldwide.

Studio TRIGGER returns to animate the sequel, which is directed by Kai Ikarashi. Ichigo Kanno serves as the character designer, while Masahiko Otsuka handles the screenplay. Bartosz Sztybor continues his role as showrunner, story writer, and producer for the project. The narrative is described as a raw chronicle of redemption and revenge set within the world of Cyberpunk 2077.

Previously revealed main characters include Weak Kingsley, D, Roman Carax, and Talia Yang. CD PROJEKT RED remains the company behind the source video game franchise. This release follows the original ten-episode series that concluded in September 2022.
