Shiravune has announced the upcoming international release of Moon Ghost by Purple Software, an 18+ sci-fi visual novel set in the year 2199 when scientific advances have made it possible for androids to perceive human souls, known as “ghosts.” Moon Ghost is a medium-length visual novel, originally launched in 2024.
One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda rejected an early version of Netflix’s live-action adaptation after the streaming platform demanded significant budget cuts and reduced the first season from 10 episodes to eight, according to former showrunner Steve Maeda.
